Anders started singing as a boy soprano at The Jutland School of Singing in Denmark where he was a frequently used soloist with the Herning Church Boys choir since the age of nine.

He had his operatic debut as a boy soprano in Puccini’s La Bohème at The Danish National Opera where he sang again the following year, this time in Debussy’s Opera Pelléas et Melisande in the role of Yniold. In 2012, Anders won first prize at the competition Unge Sangere, where he also won the special prize of The Danish National Opera.

The following year he won first prize at Unge Synger Klassisk and Unge Spiller Klassisk. Since then Anders has studied at the prestigious Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London 2014-2015 and he will soon continue his studies at The Danish Royal Academy of Music in Århus. Anders has performed widely as a baritone, but has recently decided to switch to tenor.

This 2016/17 season, he will be singing exciting roles such as Cascada in Lehar’s Die Lustige Witwe and Feri in Die Csárdásfürstin by Kalmán.
